Refund policy

 

We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects.  If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection within one year of date of purchase. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit equal to the original purchase price.  Please note each crystal and gemstone has unique natural characteristics, visible or otherwise. These characteristics are considered part of the item's character and should not be considered a defect. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt of product by email.  We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original packaging. We will exchange it or refund your purchase price minus shipping and handling.
